CBFM- Clean Blue Fertility Monitor

GRR- Not to sure..

AF- Aunt Flo

Heres some used a lot you didn't list..

BFP- Big Fat Postive

CM- Cervical Mucous

DH- Dear Husband

I can answer most of those
BFN- Big Fat No/ Big Fat Negative
DPO- Days post Ovulation
CBFM- I think is Clearblue fertility monitor
OPK- Ovulation Prediction Kit
AF- Aunt Flow (your period)
There is a link I think on the top of forums/I think it's a sticky and it tells you all of the terms.
