New to Forum & FSH Borderline

Hi there,

I am 35 and trying to conceive our first baby. It has been about 6 months of trying and I was lucky enough to have a referral to a fertility clinic by my doctor. They sent me for 3 day period testing and told me my day 3 FSH is considered “borderline (10.4).” Estradiol levels were normal. I will be going for the AMH testing soon.

Just wanted to touch base with someone that may be familiar with FSH levels. Honestly I do not know much about conceiving and am learning as I read this forum. I have had regular periods of 26-28 days without missing one month ever so I really thought it would be easy for me to get pregnant.

Is sneezing a sign of early pregnancy? I am 12 dpo and have the PMS cramps but have been sneezing a lot which I usually never do and thought I would see if anyone experienced that before getting a BFP.

Welcome and good luck to you! You ask if sneezing is an early pregnancy sign, and the answer is Dr Google tells us just about anything can be a sign! If you started searching, you'd be amazed. Yes, I believe sneezing can be. But it's also changing seasons time & tons of people around me are having colds and allergies. I hope it is for you, but symptom spotting can get crazy if we let it!

A borderline or even a high FSH doesn't mean getting pg is impossible, but it is an indication that your body is working harder to stimulate your ovaries. Getting the AMH tested should be helpful. Hopefully you won't need ART, but they are there for you if you need them. Good luck!

AF showed up last night and was at a party and ran into an old friend who was pregnant. Who later went on to tell me that she didn't even know she was pregnant for 3 months as they were not planning for kids this soon. Very happy for her and my family but will admit that it stung a bit.
