New to the Board & Starting the First IUI

hi everyone. i just wanted to introduce myself. i'm 26 and my fiance and i have been trying to conceive for about 4 years now. last year he finally decided to get a semen analysis and we found out that he has a low sperm count as well as a low motility rate. earlier this month we went to a fertility doctor for the first time (without insurance) and we're scheduled to start our first iui cycle this next month.

i've had some blood work done on myself and everything appears to be in working order on my end. but we're going to use clomid anyway, and then an injection as well.

i decided to join a forum mainly because this isn't something i'm telling most people. i really want to avoid all the questions. only my closest friends know anything about our even ttc. and i know that my mother in particular, will be completely against an iui. so i thought this would be a nice place to find some support and understanding.

Hello! I am also on my first IUI cycle, but am 11dpiui and it looks like AF is going to visit. UGH! We also have a male factor (low sc). Post wash count was only 4.71. I also did clomid days 3-7 and then the HCG injection. Good luck!
