I just ordered a bunch of IC and its not time to use yet but want to make sure I do it right my first two were conceived right after going off bc so never really needed to track O but looks like this times different so do I just take them every morning and track progress? And what point should I start? I thought af started but just spotting off and on so not even sure which cd to say I'm on thanks in advance for any advice

Dont take opks in the morning, LH is synthesized in your body in the morning and won't show up in urine until later in the day. How long are your cycles usually?

They're pretty irregular. I'd say 28-32 days but right now I'm going on three months with no period just random spotting thanks for the tip about not doing them in the mornings!

My IC opks say if your irregular start at cd11.
