As im very new to this some of the words that are used like DTD, CM, OPK&CBFM i dont know.. if you could explain
At the moment where tracking when im Ovulating and whens best to
Where think of getting a ovulation testing kit.. are they any good?
is there any ways to keep his ejactulation inside me longer ( sorry for TMI ) as alot always seems to come out..

The above link is to all the abbreviations - its helps alot to understand whats going on!!!!

I would def recommend OV tests as you need to be sure when you are OVing! They take the guess work out of it all!

As for keeping the sperm inside you.....lie with a pillow under your bum for about 20mins after BDing! You could also try Soft Cups.....I have got them for this month & they can be left in for 12hrs so they keep the sperm close to the cervix to maximise the chance of getting pregnant!!!

Hi ladies This is my first post. I have 2 girls 10 and 12 and had my tubes tied after the2nd. I just had them untied last month and am TTC for the second time - looks like "O" is this coming week towards the end. I'm using OPK and BBT along with checking CM. Started taking Evening primrose oil, and Vitamin B6 since my luteal phase is only 10 days. After "O" I don't take the EPO and start taking Flax seed oil in it's place. Since I'm 39 my doc will give me clomid at 6 mo TTC if I haven't gotten pregnant by then.

Hi im new at this site to. Dont really understand the site yet.... well ive been trying for 4 years went to docter they woldnt refere me to gyno than after my second miscarriage last year someone decides to help........i found out a week a go i have pcos that has caused my 20 kilo weight gain.......now i have to lose at least ten kilos in 3months btw having pcos makes losing weight very diffult which the doc did not tell me!!! If i dont lose weight they wont help me....so im on the weakest dose of metaformin n dont understand y? And i can concieve natually once a year but mc at 8wks both times.... im really upset and confused about pcos and metaformin so if there is anyone that can give me info and help me understand a bit more cause my doc didnt tell me anything n i dont see him again for 3months thanks n sorry to all ttc n not had any luck baby dust to u ladies oxox

wow this link really taking off now so glad lots of you feel that bnb is here to help well tested yesterday looks like very faint possitive but gonna wait few days and retest but keeping fx how is everyone wishing everone lots of

Im fine thanks Bassit. started my AF this morning. was slightly guttered but knew it was coming. Going to try OVKs this month and also The temping thing. see if any of these help us to a lovely
