New to this site..ttc 4 years

hi everyone, I guess I will just jump right in. My name is Elizabeth, I am new to this site! I am looking to make a few new friends and get connected with some women and men who are going through the same journey as my husband and I!! We have been trying to conceive for 4 years now, we have unexplained female infertility. Irregular cycles. I haven’t had a cycle for 1 year in July but just started spotting yesterday after BD. This journey has taught me so much. For the past 7 months Jeremey and I have taken time off of going crazy ttc. SO I NEED SOME HELP. How do you chart with no cycle? What would you suggest to ask my doctor? How do you keep your mind from going crazy about babies all the time?
