New to this!! Ttc baby #1

So I'm brand new to this and currently on my first cycle ttc via iui w/clomid and progesterone suppositories! (yuck)lol So just curious I'm 12 days post iui and have had all the standard progesterone side effects but has anyone experienced pain in the ribs??? I've convinced myself I'm preggers although I'm trying to be patient😖 it's so hard!
