New user trying to conceive

Hi my name is hannah I have a little girls who's nearly 3 and I have been trying to conceive my second child for nearly 2 years every month I feel like I have symptoms then my period starts it gets me really down I know I'm so lucky to have my little girl but would love her to have siblings has any one else experienced this with there second pregnancy also the last few days I have had a strange twinge like pain in my uterus and sore breasts I don't want to take a test to early and be disappointed again xx
