I am new to this part of the site. I had my little girl in March and don't seem to have lost any of the weight I put on whilst pregnant with her, I don't know what weight I am exactly but looking at myself I know I weigh too much. I will need to get some scales at some point though
I was really just looking for any advice, tips or secrets that you have on the best way to lose weight. I'm not hoping for an overnight miracle! If anything I would just like to retrain myself to eat better - I want to want a banana instead of a biscuit if you know what I mean?
Weight-loss groups are not an option as I don't have the spare cash at the moment.
Also, if anyone else is new to this game and wants to team up to keep each other going etc then I'm definitely up for that.
