Newbie looking for input

i dunno what is going on but i tried nearly 7x between last night and now to post the response i wrote to you last night. the looong response. this site is not letting me post anything right now. i keep getting a message that says i need to wait 20secs between each post, but ive waited like 24hrs!

The post was put into the moderation cue because of the word abortion.

I edited a post and approved it, somehow it merged with another post of yours though and I can't seem to undo that
