Newbie need advice about low dose aspirin

Hi

Im a newbie here looking for some advice about low dose aspirin for help preventing mc.I have just suffered my second mc and have heard that it can help. Does anyone know how it helps and when it should be taken? I do have low progesterone levels so i do think this is the cause of my mc but my doctor wont look into it unless i suffer from a 3rd (which i do not want to happen). Any Advice or sucess stories would help.
