Newborn poops?

Is it normal my baby hasn't pooped since Monday? I remember my first going a lot more in the early stages. His exclusively breastfed and is 6 days x

Maybe call your pediatrician. Mine said not too worried about poops but just make sure baby is peeing so they r hydrated. I had to supplement with a little formula first few days til my milk came in because dd wasnt peeing ir pooping much now we're exclusively on breastmilk. Dr said this was very common. Good luck!

Newborns are funny things. Mine pooped after every feed in the beginning lol but my friend's used to poop like once a week! The doctor said that he wouldn't be concerned until after 10 days. I couldn't believe it! He said that breastmilk is the "perfect food", and so sometimes babies use every single bit of it and they don't need to poop much out.

Glad he went for you though lol. But yay for saving money on nappies!
