Hi everyone!
Hubby and I are kinda new at TTC and this cycle is totally different. I usually have a 27-29 DC and this cycle I have been extra stressed which can play a factor when O'ing. This month I have had little CM, no EWCM. My CP and firmness has basically remained the same-Med high and med firm. AF is due 5-10(today is 5-5), and I started noticing changes 5-2. creamy CM increased gradually and cervix is softening up and low. Is it possible to O this close to AF? Or does it mean I haven't O'ed yet and AF will be delayed resulting in a longer cycle? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

I can't remember what my CP felt like before I o'd, but I had a wacky cycle this time around!! I am now on CD36 and AF usually comes on CD28-29. As I ovulated later, my AF is being delayed.

Your luteal phase generally stays around the same length (not always though!)

I'm so happy I chart as otherwise I would be driving myself crazy with pregnancy signs and taking tests if I did not know what was going on.

I did have ewcm when I finally did ovulate which was about 2.5 weeks later. Now AF will be late by nearly 3 weeks by the time it comes around.

Have you considered charting? It definitely very useful!!

Oh, and your luteal phase is the time from when you ovulate to when AF comes. This will generally stay around the same length (similar number of days) although ovulation can be mixed up due to various factors like stress, travel, etc. (if wrong anyone feel free to correct me!)

I've heard vitex is good to regulating everything a bit more, and some ladies here use it :-)
