Newly preggie ladies...continuing cramps/twinges after O?

I'm 4 dpo and it's been constant everyday...on and off pulls twinges and low uterine pressure cramps. I think I noted about this in past pregnancies but can't remember coz it was so long ago...anyone have this in ur bfp cycle? It's mainly on side I Od on too

Also thick goopy cm. Not ewcm ...it's not stretchy..but it's just thick and nasty lol

I always have a day of cramps a week before my cycle starts.

This last cycle, the cramps came way too early and lasted way too long.

Turns out I was pregnant. It was very unusual, but I didn't think to actually take a test until I noticed my belly felt like I'd been doing situps or something - it's never sore for no reason!
That's been the symptom that keeps coming back for me. Sore belly muscles.
