Next steps...?

Hey all

I have just been for my ultrasound - which turned into a bit of a nightmare because they couldn't see my ovaries (!) and then had to use an internal probe to look at them! They were looking for cysts or any reasons why my periods might be irregular (cycle 47 days - 94 days)

Anyway they didn't tell me anything at the hospital and told me to make an appointment at my docs for a weeks time. I am just trying to find out what to ask at the docs and what the next steps might be???

Anyone been in this position?

Ohhh...aren't those scans fun (NOT). I had to have one of those while m/cing! Talk about messy...and embarassing! Well, I would ask questions about the results, which since you don't know the results yet, it will be hard to anticipate your questions. But, treatment options, any drugs that could help...additional tests required. I would want to know the "plan". I am always asking for the plan. I like it all laid out before me so that i know what to expect. Do you have any questions that you would like to ask. Anything that concerns you? Anything that he hasn't asked you yet, that you think might be important. Any info you have, I would bring it (charting, testing (OPK's) and such). Hope that helps.
