Night feeds

Now that my LO has gone down to one night feed my boobs are always really full through the night. I always used to put her on one boob when she first woke up, feed her on that til she came off it, change her and put her back on the other. But now that my boobs are so full the first one just doesn't feel empty by the time she comes off it.. I wanna make sure she's getting the hindmilk so I've just been putting her back on the same one. She doesn't feed for long after being changed anyway..

Is this what everyone does? If not, what do you do? TIA

not sure about anyone else but this is what i used to do as it helped even out the supply eventually x

At night, I put her only on one side and then I pump the other side. This works well for me since my supply is so high at night. She gets a full belly on only one and I get a bottle to freeze
