night time feed

hey just wondering how u guys stay awake at night i have a habbit of knocking over to sleep for few seconds now and then while feeding

me too hun, my lo tends to wake me back up though, she is up several times at the moment & I feed her in her nursery so we don't wake my husband.It is so hard to stay awake some nights sorry can't give you advice just wanted to say your not the only one. xx

I have done that too, never found a way to stop it just try and open my eyes more!!

I'm OK at the first feed, tend to be quite awake (~3.30am). If she wakes up at 5.30am though I tend to feel knackered and have fallen asleep many a time.

So glad I'm not the only one! If I feel really sleepy sometimes I splash some cold water on my face to wake me up a bit. X
