Night Work (mummy!)

So, my LO is 14 weeks and ive just gone back to work (night shift nurse in care home)

I actually have no idea how im going to cope with this, when am I ever going to sleep???

Anybody do similar or have any advice?

Being a SAHM not an option

Do you have someone to look after LO so you can get a few hrs sleep during the day then nap when your LO does?

My aunt suggested I work nights, but I also have no idea when you'd get time for sleep unless you put LO in childcare a few hours a day

My mum worked nights all of her life as a nurse. when we were babies she sent us to a childminder for a couple of hours so she could catch up but when we were older we just entertained ourselves whilst she slept! (ver trusting) x

I've got an interview for sainsburys night shift only 2 nights but have no idea when I will sleep

It will only work if you can get someone to look after LO for few hous, either family member or childminder for you to sleep until lunxh time at least.
