Nipple cream before birth?

Hi just popping over from 3rd tri to ask yet another question...

I bought some nipple cream from Mothercare and it says on the back it can be used in the latter part of pregnancy?

Is there any need to? It doesnt say how it will benefit at all....

i shouldnt imagen soo! its used for sore nipples and u shouldnt have sore nipples untill you have a baby swinging off them!! Cream i would recomend tho is lansinoh,expensive but worked wonders for me! hopefull you'll be one of the lucky ones who dont get sore!
