nipple issues

Well we have Carter using the playtex ventair bottles which only offer two size nipples slow and fast we used the slow ones but it was taking him forever to eat and he was almost passing out from trying so hard to get the formula. So we switched to fast flow and it works better but he takes so much now and most of it ends up comin out his mouth during a feeding and of course all down his neck. I tried a medium nipple from a different brand but that didnt work. So other than taking breaks in between to make sure he doesnt choke or take to much in his mouth i dont know what else to do.

Do they do variflow teats?

Sorry just read your post again and they only do the two teats, doh!!! sorry dont know what to advise my lo is still on slow teats x

Ya its really stupid to only have two options but when i put him on slow flow he is litterally out cold before hes even done 2 oz
