nipple stimulation how do i do it

ive read alot about nipple stimulation i have dry nipples sorry for TMI but MW gave me some cream for them was wondering if i can do nipple stimulation with it?

is there a pertcular way to do it or is it just twiddling lol

please help xx

I think you're meant to do it as if you were expressing by hand. There are some video tutorials of that on youtube.

Ive tried it, but only had it work right after sex. Funny thing is is I cant get any contractions going when I have tried after the successful time. I can get a few BH but nothing like the first time. When I actually did have the contractions from it, they were 3 minutes apart, lasting 1 min each. They went away and I woke up with stronger ones 5 mins apart. And of course, they went away. That was 2 weeks ago.

I also just tried. I leaked more than I ever have before. While I was doing one, the other started leaking. I stopped because I want to save the colostrum for the baby. Anyone know how much is in there?

I was told by midwife that you don't run out as your body produces more when baby arrives.

I tried it the other night and it definitely produced contractions (not painful ones though) but I think they went away soon after I stopped--I did it for a hour. Oh well, may have another go at it.

Nipple Stimulation on 'command' (doc's orders, or other reasons) is really hard to do.
