Nipples burning?

This is the third time that I've gotten a burning sensation in my nipples. Can't remember if I had just drank something cold the first time, but the last two times this has happened after finishing a smoothie. The burning only lasts for a few minutes but feels like they're on fire! Has anyone else experienced this?
