No baby

Just back from scan, no baby and negative urine test. Why? Had a positive test just over 1 week ago (digital). Thought I was 7 weeks. No bleeding, just backache and cramps, but for at least 2 weeks. Anyone help me understand why nothing there?

So sorry for your loss it might have been a chemical if you are back to negative already with no bleeding and no gestational sac. Your cycle should start up again shortly. I know it was early, but it doesn't matter when you mc, it's still impossibly hard to handle. and know you are not alone.

^^ I agree, sounds like it could have been chemical. Sometimes natures way of dealing with an early mc like that. The sac just disapears into the body.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Is it your first mc?

If its any help to you, i mc'd in May this summer (I too was about 7wks) and we just got straight back into TTC as soon as the bleeding stopped and i fell pg straight away. Some say you are at your most fertile after a mc.
