yes chocolate is bad for baby,causes headaches for baby which gives us heartburn

heartburn is caused by excessive stomach acid travelling up your oesophagus. triggered by certain food and your stomach being squashed up the way by baby.

how could they tell a baby is the womb has a headache?

there have been some tests done over here and it says the cocoa gives baby headaches *shrugs*

Me too And I like spices on my pizza, so it's even worse. I still eat it occasionally though, so long as I have a Tums nearby lol
