No Entry sign?

Well this is a new one....i've just been in general chatter and i've just had like a no entry sign come up where it should have been my cursor? Page was loaded and everything so not quite sure what happened, had to hit F5 to get out of it. Not sure if bnb or just my LT though but I've never had it before so thought i'd ask?

i think its where you accidently drag somethin that cant be dropped, if that makes sense?! happens to me all the time!

hmmm maybe, i didn't have hold of the mouse tho but it could of been a delayed reaction i guess?

I get it sometimes, it's when I accidentally try to drag something. Which i do all the time on this stupid laptop xx
