No more than 1000 characters??

Is there anyway that we can increase this by a lot? I know for me I have a lot of information in the first page of my parenting Journal and I'm going to need to add a lot more with 3 kids plus a birth story for my third. I tried to update some information on my journal and I got the error saying no more than a 1000 characters. I'm not 100% sure on this but the old BnB didn't seem to have this restriction.

I'm sure others would want more room for their journals as well.
