No + OPK again this month yet

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone can help. For the 2nd month running, I've been getting all the o signs, fertile CM, sore boobs etc, but neg opks : - ( This happened last month too but I am assuming that my ov last month could be confirmed by the sustained temp shift? Do you have to have + OPK's or is the sustained temp shift enough to confirm I am ov'ing or should I be concerned? Argggghhhh x

I'm pretty sure your temp is more accurate then OPK'S as OPK'S don't work for some. Sorry I wish I could help more.
