Noisy neighbours!

Hope they aren't that noisy again, its so annoying having noisy neighbours. My neighbours in the flat below mine are terrible, they have parties that last for days and they have a karaoke machine and sing terrible terrible depressing Finnish songs with the volume at max and recently they got an electric guitar thankfully someone reported them to social services (because they left their daughter with another neighbour for a week while they partied continuously and she was crying to go home) so they've been really quiet since then.

They've been noisy the lastfew nights now, with music blasting till 6am! I've been logging it all down so hopefully the council can do something, its driving me mad! xx
