Has anyone else dealt with this but only while pregnant? what have you found to help eat/drink and not gain weight since we have to take in more often then when not pregnant
I'm dealing with this right now. My doctor said to eat 6 small meals a day to keep my blood sugar level. She said each meal should contain some sort of protein, so she suggested keeping nuts and cheese crackers handy. I think I'm going to start packing an extra peanut butter and jelly sandwich for work each day. I've also found yogurt helps a bit. If all else fails, my go to is saltine crackers bc the ease my nausea.
