Non-scary dragon for wooden castle?

I've bought DS a wooden castle for xmas (the Melissa and Doug folding one) and it comes with the cute wooden figures but no dragon. I could get a schleich/papo one but I'd really like something a bit less scary as he's only just turning 3 and can be a bit....sensitive! He loves Zog and Room on The Broom so I was hoping to find a small figure like that but all I can find is larger soft toys. Has anyone seen anything that might be suitable? I might need to give in and resort to a dinosaur
