Nose bleed

I've had period like cramps for about 3 days now so about a week before af is due, yesterday morning I woke up, sat up and my nose just started pouring. I'm wondering if anyone has this as I googled and it came up as an early pregnancy sign due to the increase of blood. I've never had a spontaneous nose bleed before, the only other time was when I was little and bashed my nose. It was literally pouring out and went all over the floor as I ran to the bathroom.

I've heard it can be an early pregnancy sign if you have sensitive sinuses. I had a nose bleed out of the blue a little over a year ago and wasn't pregnant so it is just one more iffy sign.

Never had problems with my sinuses. Maybe it's nothing, still have to wait until Sunday to see if af comes.
