I'm anemic too. Not just In pregnancy either but that's by the by.
It's very common in pregnancy cause baby takes what it needs and leaves us short. There is lots available out there too if the iron pills don't agree with you.
Like Spatone, ferriglobin and surprisingly raspberry leaf tablets are good for iron.
super common.. the iron tablets may make you constipated so make sure you drinks heaps of water... lots of fibre and avoid tea as it inhibits iron absorption. As for the blood pressure.. excersize , yoga... meditation... and rest works..good diet... dont worry
