OK,

So before i was pregnant i would wake up & generally skip breakfast. Usually i would get hungry at about 10:30/11-ish. But since being pregnant the thought of food is making me feel sick... i dont get hungry until about 5-ish in the arvo... but get headspins all day but jst know i wouldnt be able to stomach food.... although i havent had morning sickness...

My mum is trying to get me into an eating rountine but today i felt mself dry-reaching over a salad ?

Does anyone else feel this & is it normal ??

xx

Its normal! Your body is going threw alot of changes so of course your gunna feel differently!
When I was about 7/8 weeks I couldnt eat much atall and the smell of food would make me feel sick, But it clears up after a few weeks and you should feel fine.
Dont worry about not eating, Just try to eat little and often and dry foods seem to help more
Xxxxx Hope you feel better soon

I suffered bad morning sickness the first month of pregnancy and I actually was loosing weight!
Just force yourself to eat some dry bisquits and drink plenty of fluids!

If you can't face anything try and force yourself to eat some crackers or biscuits. Dry/bland foods i find are good.

I found fresh orange juice helped, only thing I could have.
Also dry toast/biscuits/crackers are supposed to help xx

i agree with everyone else dry foods are good. I cant stop eating so im in a totally different position but i wish i could stop eating

I had this at the beginning of my pregnancy I just couldnt really stomach anything. And if i tried to eat a meal it would make me gag.
Biscuits help a little bit.
It does go away though so it should get better
xx

I do the same thing! Except I think I'm hungry, and while I'm eating I found out I'm not. It sucks, I know, but there are a lot of changes to be seen!

That's what happened to my friend. Have you tried diluted orange squash? She must have gone through gallons of that when she was pregnant! She just couldnt face fresh orange juice...

hope that helps.

Orange juice is a sure thing that will come back up straight away with me. I can't drink it at all. I used to love tropicana in the mornings :(
