I am breastfeeding but i am only producing enough to feed my baby, and i need to pump to store up some milk for my baby when i go back to work. What can i do to make more or pump more??
That sounds pretty normal, actually. I was never able to get more than 1oz pumping even if I sat there for an hour (unless I had missed a feed). The average pumping amount is 0.5-2oz per session.
But you could pump after every feed to signal your breasts to make more. And generally pumping first thing in the morning will yield better results.
Make them. Here is a recipe:

Or make any other cookies you like add oats, brewers yeast and linseeds. Plus they are delicious!
I think sometimes pumping is an acquired skill. After a bit, your body responds to the pump better. I started my stash out by allowing my daughter to nurse on one side only through the night. When I woke up the next morning, I'd pump the side that was engorged. I'd sit down on the couch, get comfortable, flip the tv on so I could kinda "zone out" and relax while I pumped. Occasionally I'd give a gentle squeeze/compression to encourage more milk to move down while I pumped.
I did this every day and now I get quite a bit out of just one side.
Good Luck
