not sure... Help!!!

For the past month and half my body has been going through alot. I've been feeling very tired, nauseous, emotional, throwing up a couple of times. And here recently my stomach feels full. It's very uncomfortable to lay on my stomach at times. I eat more than usual. But at times i can't eat my food. and my feet has been swollen.

I took a home pregnancy test like 4 weeks ago but came out negative. I don't know how to go about it. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME TO GET A IDEA OF WHATS HAPPENING
