not sure if i should keep or adoption

Im about to be 16 the day before my due date. Im not sure if i want to keep my baby or if i want to put it up for adoption. The father of the baby is over 18 and he really wants to keep it but im not sure what is best for the baby. We came up with a name for her because we found out its a girl and i want to keep her but im trying to think of what is best for her and i need some advice. Thanks

That is a tough decision at your age, I can't imagine it's going to be an easy one. I have no experience with this,mi just felt compelled to say hi

My mum had me at 16 she had family support especially from my nana and grandad
You can do this with the support and your boyfriend gets a job
But most of all how do you feel? 1 side is Are you ready for this? And giving up your life for the next 18 years , at least the next year there won't be much more than sleepless nights and pyjama days because you just don't have the time or energy to do anything else

Then there's the other side,if your bf does help fully especially the first few weeks and has a job to provide for your baby girl, and you both feel in your heart and head you can cope and have outside support or friends and family... then what's to stop you keeping your baby?

Just rember no matter what age, you CAN be a good mum,
good mums always ask for help when they struggle, that's the best advice I can offer
