Not sure where I belong

We are TTC#3, DS and DD were both conceived within 8 months of NTNP.

Why we are struggling now I have no idea. I have had 2 cycles of blood tests, I ovulated on one but not the other, DH SA is fine.

My GP has sent a referral to a gynecologist, unsure how long these take, she said they can prescribe clomid, however because we already have 2 children we are not entitled to NHS help, which is ok, I would happily pay for it.

I'm just feeling a bit lost, everything I read is for first babies, there's no information on what happens if you can't conceive anymore.

I'm worried I will just get turned away.

I would think you'd be termed as "secondary infertility" which accroding to Resolve is:

Secondary infertility is defined as the inability to become pregnant, or to carry a pregnancy to term, following the birth of one or more biological children. The birth of the first child does not involve any assisted reproductive technologies or fertility medications.

Since you have been trying for more than 1 year, you could join the LTTTC forum. I don't know how old you are but I think lots of the ladies on the "Over 35s" also are trying for 2nd and 3rd babies. There's also the general "Trying to Conceive" forum (not the "Trying to Conceive #1" of course). So plenty of forums you can write in

I'm 29 (just) thank you for that I didn't even know secondary infertility existed. Will go and have a read up on it
