Not sure where I belong

I guess I'm not really sure where I belong on these forums anymore. I find the normal TTC far too depressing and even the TTC after a loss is hard for me to be a part of now.

We were NTNP since my son was born 18 months ago. When he was about 9 months, we were thrilled to find out we were pregnant again. At my 10 week appointment I found out it was a blighted ovum and ended up getting a D&C at 12 weeks.

We've been actively trying since the D&C 8 months ago and haven't had any luck.

I have been having spotting sometimes as early as 6 days before my period. The two times I've been pregnant, I didn't have any spotting so I feel as if it's related.

I'm trying to wait the full year after the D&C to go to the doctor so that it will be covered by insurance, but it's been a long depressing wait.

I know my mom had severe endometriosis and I've had a lot of symptoms of that. The doctor also noticed a small complex cyst on my ovary at the ultrasound so hopefully it's not an issue.

I've been taking a vitamin B complex and vitamin C to help with the spotting but it hasn't made any difference. I don't think it's a progesterone issue because I didn't have any spotting or issues when I was pregnant.

I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with spotting and endometriosis? If so, were you able to improve your symptoms with diet changes or supplements? I really just need something new to try.

I apologize if I don't "belong" here but this seemed like the best place to post since we've technically been trying for our second for over a year. We haven't really told anyone about our struggles in real life so I thought this might be a good place to get some frustration out and maybe get some new ideas to try :)

I'm very sorry to hear of your miscarriage. I think your best support is probably on the TTC after loss as this forum is for those who are struggling with LTTC.

There is a secondary infertility forum which I'm thinking fits you best since I'm assuming you didn't have issues with conceiving your first child: https://babyandbump.momtastic.com/secondary-infertility/
