Nothing sounds good: What do you eat?

When you're feeling in a funk and need to eat but nothing sounds good, what do you eat?

The last few days I've had moments where I'm getting hungry but nothing sounds good so I'm curious what your go to food is.

Right now mine's been blueberries, but they're starting to make me hungrier when I eat them! This afternoon nothing sounds edible so I'm snacking on left over waffles:haha:
 
Fruits have been my goto if nothing sounds good. Or peanut butter sandwich... and it sounds good right now. I should get one.
 
Love ice cream for late night snacks!:haha: Probably explains why I've gained 4 pounds in the last week... lol!

I sure miss peanut butter, I loved it in the early weeks but now the smell gags me :(

Mushy - I live off of cereal & milk, it's so good!
 
Just about anything that contains sugar at the moment :/
 
Tomato sandwiches(with mayo on whole wheat bread) and cherry tomatoes :) I have eaten so many tomatoes the last couple weeks! Cheap and easy, and really tasty, especially with my mom and grandma's home grown tomatoes.
 
Cereal and milk is my go-to thing right now. It was fruits, but they don't fill me up anymore.
 
I probably eat WAYYYY too much cereal with milk too. It's just enough to fill me up, and not too heavy. And I'm too lazy to fix a meal. :haha:

I've been trying to snack on other things when I'm hungry (but not starving). Like a protein bar, or some watermelon, nuts, etc...
 
I am so glad I'm not the only one eating a bunch if cereal! My husband makes fun of me and pretends to be sad that he never gets any.
 
Cereal with milk. Especially honey nut Cheerios. Just sweet enough but healthy and filling. Mine used to be blackberries but, like you say, eventually that is not enough. I like to add strawberries to my cereal too. I usually wake up with hunger pains about 3am every day and need to eat a small bowl of cereal just so I can get back to sleep.
 
Toast, grapes, BLT, banana, iced tea, more toast.... waaaay too much toast the past 3 months!
 
Garlic and herb potato wedges with sour cream dip! Yum. And coco pops for breakfast recently too and I don't normally eat breakfast at all.
Nothing is really sounding appealing to me either at the minute and im struggling to make family meals because I don't fancy anything :-/ xx
 
Love tomatoes and eat them far too much but they give me heartburn!
 
Ham and salad sandwiches and a packet of crisps is my thing right now, I eat it for breakfast lol
 
When I have no appetite for anything, I drink a nutrition drink with protein. I'm struggling to get enough protein in.
