November baby - hoping for a "fit buddy"

How are you today? Any fit things you are doing? Did you throw out your scale? :haha: I am noticing a difference from the squats! :dance: It's not a big difference but my legs are less gooshy! Also a lost of my bloat is going --I've been drinking some probiotic drinks--so I'm feeling pretty good right now.
 
I'm off to the gym soon for a strength/cardio class. This afternoon I'll do squats and leg ups (?) lol.

How about you?? Way to go on feeling better!!
 
I've been keeping up with the squats. I have a beach vacay coming up so I'll get plenty of swimming in :thumbup: I also have been keeping up with my walks.

Good job with the gym and working out. Gotta keep that body strong for the baby
 
So last week, doing 100 squats--while not easy--was do-able. Now I'm struggling to do 10 in a row! Are you guys finding yourself out of breath super fast?
 
Lol yup. I carried a basket of laundry upstairs the other day and had to take a nap.
