November due date?

No BH here yet lol at least i don't think so. Obgyn next week. Will ask again what to bring to the hospital i.e. what they provide/don't provide. :)

This pregnancy I've had them everyday for weeks. Midwife says it's normal but it's so uncomfortable and occasionally they can be painful. They are much worse when I'm walking but can't stay sitting down all the time, not with a 13 month old to look after.

yes I have them in occasion lately and when I do they are crampy and uncomfortable but it was a week or two ago when I had two or three days where I was monitoring how many and the intervals because they seemed frequent they've slowed down since then. I feel like my cervical discharge may be slightly increasing. hope all are feeling well I can't wait to see what the dr thinks of my ultrasound tomorrow! I actually had a dream I went in to deliver and had to get a csection and the scare was above my belly button going long ways :haha:

Lots of BH and crampiness for a while. But nothing like sustained regular contractions. It started so much alter with my first. And even then the crampiness didn't amount to anything. I wasn't even a 1 cm dilated at 40 weeks (water never broke, didn't lose my mucus plug until 7 cm, LO arrived 12 days after due date). So I try no to worry about it.

Nikko I see your in your 36 week as of yesterday congrats!

unfortunately my whole world has turned upside down right before this sweet baby girl is going to arrive. My sister had a massive stroke she is severely disabled as she had a brain tumor at age 6 (she is ten years older than me she turns 37 next month). She is paralyzed on one side along with other horrible symptoms from the stroke. I'm so devastated for her she may move to rehab by Monday which would be nicer than being in the hospital. from there she may have to go to a home as my parents wouldn't be able to care for her anymore with her new disabilities going on. so sad and I feel like I need a back up plan for wheb this baby comes in cade my parents are too occupied with my sister. we don't have any other family near by feeling very stressed :(

Oh Almost, I am so sorry. What a difficult time your family must be having. I'm sure your thoughts are with your sister at the moment but the timing must be so hard for you. Make sure you look after yourself. :flower:

Sorry to hear about your sister

Feeling fat and fed up I'm so ready for this to be over but still gave so much to do

thanks ladies!

Lucasmom I here ya my back is killing me unless I'm on the couch and of course ds begs me to sit on the floor with him to do puzzles and play instead of the table. I will be happy to be able to do more physically w ds after healing from baby unless I get lucky and don't have much healing to do which would be nice!

I am having super bad acid reflux tonight and I didn't even have anything acidic besides lemon in my honey water and that was this am (I still have a darn cold!).

Sorry to hear that almost xxx hope that a plan is made for her contiuing care.

As for reflux - feeling it tonight as I've been up early with it as well! Must be position. I said the same in my sat pregnancy but I feel like my health is starting to suffer now (chesty cough every morning, aches and pains from Turin to get comfortable at night to protect my chest, early morning weakening is happening frequently now). I sympathise.

Busy week for me - 36 weeks tomorrow and 2 appts. MW on Wednesday and then consultant on. thurs to address c section. Still 80/20 split over section/normal birth as I really would like to try naturally but have nagging doubts regarding our care last time. Still having BH and sometimes, like last night, they became very sore. Also had a bit of a clear out. Baby keeps disengaging and going transverse also so I feel so
Unconfident regarding making any decision but have to by Thursday. If you talked to my non pregnant self I'd be screaming c section however. If I went into labour now I'd try naturally, as I know I'd labour quick and coped with the pain last time and the chances of him getting stuck would be less. Argghhh

yes the thought of baby getting stuck and distressed is my fear like what happened with ds but he made it out okay so hoping this will go easier.

sorry to hear your getting sick hopeful I can't seem to lick my cold either no fun

Hope the cold gets a bit better - seems to be lots around at the moment

I am SO excited because when I wake up tomorrow I'll be one week closer to meeting my baby girl...37 weeks tomorrow! :happydance:

How is everyone doing?

I have no signs of labor happening anytime soon but I know it's still so early for that. My next appt is on Thursday!

Eek - 37 weeks! can't believe we're all getting so close! I was working out my calendar as DD has been invited to at least 3 parties this month and realised how close we are! I'm 36 weeks today. Have spent the day relaxing for once. Have 2 appointments - MW wed and consultant thurs. Hope yours go well. I think this monkey is again transverse!

Hopeful Goodluck at your appts as well! congrats on hitting the 36 week mark so exciting so close now!

Ugg I've been having more regular pre-labor contractions. Painful enough to keep me up at night but not nearly as painful as I remember labor contractions being last time. This kind of cramping didn't start until a week before my LO was delivered (12 days over due). Seems so early to start this, but I'm definitely getting checked on Thursday at my midwife appointment. I hope all this pain is actually accomplishing something. Reminds me of why labor is going to suck. At least it's got to end... eventually.

Of course I had a horrible dream that I lost my mucus plug and the umbilical cord started coming out.

maybe early labor is near for you if it is that uncomfortable! if it's so painful maybe you should get checked today?

I had 3 Charlie horses in a row in the wee hours this morning when sleeping it was so painful I have to swear through it and dh holds my hand ugh making sure to eat some more bananas they are supposedly supposed to help with preventing them bc of potassium I think.

No wonder i've been eating lots of bananas!
We're all getting so close to holding our babies in our arms soon!! :cloud9:

I gagged last time I had one so I stopped it was under ripe so maybe I have an aversion to under ripe bananas this pregnancy lol
