Now what?!?

I know this cycle is a bust. I was on clomid 100mg went for my scan on cd10 only one folli measuring 5mm so gynae upped my dosage to 150mg and said to wait for AF and come in on cd10 again.

Well since friday have had this pain on my right side and an upset tummy and major headaches. I'm also taking metformin as well as my vitamins and folic acid. I've been on these 3 for the past 3 months and nothing else has changed.

Any ideas on what this could be?

Thanks so much. Have been taking paracetamol so headache is under control. Just wish I knew what it was. I actually feel fine, just annoyed with these things going on in my body and not knowing what is causing them
