NTD?

Well I have posted this before.......but it keeps popping up in my head. Let me start from the beginning. I had blood work done at 16 weeks, and it came back abnormal for a NTD (neural tube defect)......I since have had multiple level II ultrasounds and everyone states that she looks perfect. The thing that is also worrying me is that she is measuring 2 weeks behind schedule....

It just I will go a couple of weeks not thinking about the NTD, then all of a sudden it hits me.....my baby girl could be born with a birth defect......it kindof overwhelms you.....Has any one else had a positive screen and their baby was healthy?!?! Thanks

My son has spina bifida - it did show on a scam despite being small. Maybe you should try a private scan 3d to double check?

You could also try and get an MRI to rule out an NTD. My daughter has Spina Bifida, however hers is relatively severe and was very easy to spot. Fingers crossed it's nothing
