NUK teat too fast for baby

I brought some NUK teats for my baby the number 1 medium for milk, is this the right flow for an 8 week old baby because it looks like it is coming out too fast and he gets angry and milk pours out the side of his mouth

It may seem like a silly question, but are you holding it upside down? The hole should be at the top pointing toward the roof of the mouth.

The 0-6 month Nuk nipples here are all slow flow (they came with the bottles) I had to buy medium flow separately. Maybe check if you can buy slow flow ones. And do try to have the hole pointed up. We point it down it's the only way he takes it but works for us.

to start with we used nuk 0-6 months small feed hole, we had to buy them off the nuk website though... nuk are confusing with they're teat hole size's! x x x

We used size one medium for our LO and had to go up in size as she started to not get enough out at 6 weeks! All babes are different.

yeah i hold it up the right way, he seems like he is gulping it too fast and gets upset. We don't have the small hole ones here, i have rung up several places with no luck unfortunately

I know some UK online pharmacy sites sell that size; but not sure if they will deliver to NZ...
