I want some kind of chair to go in my bedroom to feed the baby in, i know i could get one of the rocky ones with the foot rest n stuff but my bedrooms pretty small and once iv got the crib in it im not gunna have much space for one of them as well, i mean if i HAVE to get one i will.
What im after is some kinda recomendations on what kinda chair to get which will keep me comfy in the middle of the night but not take up half of my bedroom!
I CANNOT sit in bed an feed it hurts my back, if im not sat right i end up with a painfull sholder too, all expeirance with charlie, when i was BF charlie i had a bigger bedroom and had a chair like a sofa chair in my room so i fed him in that but obv now i dont have room for somthing like that!

I was thinking one of those Ikea Poang chairs, But I expect there about the same size as a glider chair. I got my gliding chair with matching gliding stool for our local recycling centre for £25 Cant believe someone was gonna chuck it ! The old fashioned nursing chairs might be smaller, but they look dead upright and not very comfy. sorry I dont have any other ideas

ah yeah i like them ikea chairs but yeah there about the same size, my mums got one in her livingroom think i fed charlie a few times in it and it wasnt too good on my back because its kinda arches therefore no support in the lower back area, maybe a more upright chair will be good!

i've got an older style gliding chair and it is tiny, i got it off ebay perhaps if you see one on there you could email them to see how big it is, just a thought sorry i'm not much help x

oooooooooo just a thought but when i take the kids to funsters they have the plastic garden chairs and i love feeding in them as they are supportive and comfortable , maybe one of these with a cushion and a throw over could do the trick x
