So my 2 month old has started refusing the boob the last week.
We went away for a weekend and ever since he changed his daily routine he has become more and more difficult to get to feed.
To make things worse he received his first vaccination on Monday (he is gaining weight within normal btw so far) after the weekend away, he had some fever that dropped and the "strike" has become worse.
I can only feed him when he naps.
In addition my pediatrician (also LC) says he may suffer from reflux.
What is making me even more nervous is this:

"Dont wait for your breasts to feel full. A full breast has already started
to slow down production"
I was thinking maybe his feeding cues have changed and I can't read them correctly, and I read this. Of course my boobs are engorged a lot lately since he will not eat often. Now I'm very scared he is not eating enough and even if he recovers my milk production will be down.
Should I start pumping?
