nursing strike? help!

I'm out all day today so can't pump and LO won't nurse. Panicking since I can't pump and am getting uncomfortable!

Can you hand express? When you get it, hop in a warm bath with your lo and try to nurse. They'll usually do it with skin to skin and warm water

Thanks! I was worried with it being such a hot day as well, but he eventually had a short feed mid afternoon. Phew! Should I pump a bit to keep my supply up?

If he's still not nursing as often as he normally does, then yes, I would pump.
