O Day today, looking for early testers!

Shandis could be ib at around time you getting it sounds about right. I've had ib twice both times at around 8dpo never checked cervix but see it on underwear. I have always said that & the months i got bfp went into shock as i build myself up for a bfn every cycle there's a chance it may be the one you get your bfp

I am hoping so after what happened this month I don't know if I can handle going through another month of fertility medication.

I think 8dpo is the earliest I would cave, but would love love to make myself wait until 12 somehow!

Hi all - I'll come hang and symptom spot with everyone here. I am not a frequent poster and we just started TTC again. I have been using ovulation tests and got a positive result on Saturday afternoon. So I'm guessing I O'd on Sunday? I have never tested before so have no idea how to predict when it occurs. Also I didn't use the ovulation test on Sunday again which maybe I was supposed to. And I haven't been taking my temp or checking my CM so... whoops. Probably should be more organized about it next month. Anyway I felt like I had cramps yesterday afternoon but honestly I think I imagine things when I want to!

So I can test at 8 days?? I was totally planning to wait until 14 dpo but I know it will kill me. Do I need to buy one of those early predictor tests?

I will try to hold out until 11 dpo, but will vicariously live through you guys testing early! I'm afraid bc I was pregnant last month that I'll be symptom spotting even more than usual, since I know what to look for...

coucou, if you got your positive Saturday, it's highly likely that you O'd Sunday and can certainly start testing 8 dpo.

whitglass, i've had 2 chemicals I always feel like I know what to look for so it does make symptom spotting difficult

Thanks cutieq! So, other than for fun, probably no reason for SO and I to BD tonight? The tests say ovulation occurs 24-48 hours post positive, which seems highly variable to me! I need something more exact, ha.

If you're 1DPO, I say go one more time. I was in the same boat and everything I found said that the egg is viable for 24 hours, so if you O'd yesterday, the egg could still be hanging around.

I told my hubs last night that the "window" was closed and he said maybe it's like Wendy's with a late night drive-thru window, let's keep trying.

Even with OPKs, tempting (this is my 1st month) and digital OPKs, I still don't feel like I truly know anything exact.

Thanks cutieq - did both your chemicals give you the same symptoms during the TWW? I already feel different than last month but I think my hormones are just readjusting, doing their thing. I bet there's more progesterone hanging around from the chemical..hopefully it won't trick me into thinking I'm pregnant! I took waaaay too much b6 a few cycles ago and had the worst TWW. Pregnancy symptoms galore, and I was not pregnant.

Coucou - I'm pretty sure I O'd yesterday even though I haven't had any EWCM since Saturday. I had major O cramps yesterday so we BD again last night - I wanted to get one more in for good measure so yes why not BD for peace of mind? Truth is I'm sure you're fine since the little swimmers can survive in your cervix for days.

So now I think I'm officially 1dpo. I'll be testing in about 11 days I think. I'll keep a close eye on this thread!

Whitglass, I has some inconsistent symptoms with the two. However my mood swings and sore boobs were identical with both. Sadly I look for those two things now and get disappointed when it doesn't happen.

I've been gassy and woke up nauseous this morning. Can't believe I'm already attempting to symptom spot! I'm a mess

My craziest symtpom spot of the month. My lips are extremely drying and itchy and irritated and I have no real idea why.

I remembered this from my BFP in feb. Could be and is probably nothing but it got me a little excited. I have read that some women get oral sensations as symptoms.

Hello: I am a newbie here! 1st post… Finding it hard to understand all the lingo here but I did find a helpful Abbreviation thread to help.

I have only tracked my cycles though an app on my phone and when I went to my doctors to have my IUD removed she told me I was in fact looking to ovulate soon due to my CM. According to my app I was due to Ovulate on Sunday (17th). I think that makes me 2dpo. I have never done this before and as much as i’d like to wish it will happen 1st time trying I know its not super likely. I am just wondering if maybe I o’d sooner than I expected. No real symptoms to note unless I am just not wanting to think they are… I was BEYOND tired on Sunday and couldn’t even drag myself out of bed and I can honestly say I don’t remember the last times that ever happened to me. I also had minor white discharge a couple days and lots of cramping/constipation but I get that sometimes on the regular but this time it feels worse! So…if I am I think I would have had to O earlier then I thought… Guess we’ll see! Just don’t know when to test!!!

I am still suffering from AF type cramps and alot of bloating from my over stimulated ovaries. Other than that though I am having alot of back pain and I noticed today that I have 3 canker sores, not sure if this is from stress or if it's a pregnancy symptom or not and oh yeah my BBs have been killing since yesterday. I'm 8 DPO today so who knows if it's to early or not.

sounds god Shandis. I've seen ladies with no symptoms get BFPs and ladies with all the symptoms get BFNs so you never know! When will you test. 8dpo... I'm jealous lol

Do you mean when will I test again.....lol, I could help myself. Of course it was BFN way to early but I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm trying to hold out till at least thursday to test again so I don't have to buy more test but we'll see if that happens..lol

Wellcome Abbey as soon as iud is taken out aren't you fertile? So possibly could happen first cycle from freinds/family & including myself noticed we get pregnant quicker straight after iud reomval or stopping bc pills. If your not sure about ovulation maybe just wait till 3/4 days before af is due to test although some women dont get bfp until thy've missed af. Good luck hun will you be using opk next cycle?

I feel like my boobs are getting heavier. Symtpom spotting is so fun...until it's not lol.

This is my first cycle temping and I'm curious to see if that changes at all over the next few days.
