While is is possible to get pregnant at any time in your cycle, your highest chances of conception are the 3 days before ovulation, the day of, and the day after. I guess the reason it's possible to get pregnant at any time is even women who have very consistent cycles may have an "off" cycle every once in a while and ovulate sooner or later than normal. If you ovulate sooner, it's definitely possible!
