Obnoxious Target ad

Is there anything you guys can do about the Target "back to school" advertisement? It's a pop up and literally shows up anytime I refresh or click between screens on bnb. Driving me nuts - have to wait 10 seconds until it lets me X out or else it reroutes me to their website
